Funeral Director Wanted. The University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is looking for a Funeral Director to work in our Anatomical Gift Program. Position is responsible to pick up the remains of the donor and bring them to the University, as well as obtain all necessary information required to file death certificates and burial transit permits. The incumbent will obtain, from the decedent's next of kin, information which is required for the Program to conduct its work that is beyond what is legally required, and report that information to the Anatomical Gift Program Office. Requirements: Associate Degree in Funeral Directing, Bachelor Degree preferred, and at least one year of experience as a NYS licensed funeral director.
